Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Bidvest Group. This position is remote and part-time, located in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. The successful candidate will be at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle all customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database. 7. Identify trends in customer complaints and provide feedback to management. 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times. 9. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Independent and confident personality traits. 2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
