Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient, dedicated, and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, product information, and issue resolution - Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates and gather feedback - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide recommendations for process improvements based on customer feedback - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
