Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Pick n Pay Stores is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team as a remote worker in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong decision-making and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions accurately - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication channels - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
