Job Description:


Sanlam is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This is a remote work position, offering a flexible work schedule for individuals who are reliable and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and managing a team of customer service representatives.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training as necessary to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer service efforts - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and team performance to management


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong presentation skills - Proven ability to lead and manage a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
