Gold Fields is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our remote team based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer service management.
As a Customer Service Manager at Gold Fields, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer service department, including managing a team of customer service representatives, monitoring customer interactions, resolving customer complaints, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
