Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Truworths International is seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team on a remote work basis in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and requires a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior with at least 8 years of experience in a related role.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints in a professional manner, and monitoring customer satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.

In addition, you will be required to analyze customer feedback and data to implement strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for training and coaching customer service representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer support.
