Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Hilton in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Conduct training sessions for customer service staff to enhance skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs - Utilize technology tools to streamline customer service processes


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
