Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Shoprite Holdings is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations of our company, ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Train and coach customer service representatives to ensure they deliver exceptional service. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the customer service team. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service management role. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Adaptability to changing environments and priorities. 5. High attention to detail and ability to maintain a professional presentation. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
