Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Shoprite Holdings is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng. This is a remote work position on a part-time basis, suitable for individuals at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


As a Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints, analyzing customer feedback to improve processes, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. You will also be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, developing training programs for staff, and collaborating with other departments to streamline operations.


The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent problem-solving and people management skills. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
