Job Description:
Nedbank Group is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our remote team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, where teamwork and creativity are valued.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Update customer records with accurate information - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Keep up-to-date with company products and services to better assist customers - Meet quality assurance standards for customer interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
