Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers' needs. 3. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficient in using customer service software and basic computer skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent is required. 7. Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
