Job Description:
Sasol is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to work remotely from Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate for this Associate Level position should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. As a remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes - Adhering to company policies and procedures - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets
Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong planning and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus
