Job Description:
Sanlam is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based out of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who possess critical thinking and strategic planning skills, and who are dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer relationships through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and helpful responses to inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of action plans - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and documentation to track interactions and resolutions - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a strong willingness to learn and grow in a customer-centric role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strategic planning skills to contribute to long-term customer success initiatives
