Job Description:
Distell Group is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing them with assistance, guidance, and support as needed.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Adaptable and independent, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. - A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to help customers achieve success. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
