Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Success Associate to join our team at Cell C. This is a remote work opportunity based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Provide training and support to customers on how to use our products effectively
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or a related role - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions - Experience working remotely and managing time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance available for qualified candidates
