Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 2. No prior experience necessary - we will provide training. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. 5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 6. Research skills to understand customer needs and industry trends. 7. Motivated and energetic personality to engage with customers effectively.
