Job Description:
Sasfin Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis working remotely from Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer success strategies and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and address any potential issues - Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success objectives and meet key performance indicators - Create and implement strategic plans to drive customer engagement and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their needs - Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide insights to improve product offerings - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and driving business results - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
