Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Officer to join our team at Adcock Ingram. This position is remote, based in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa, and is part-time at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong negotiation and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Provide training and support to customers as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer success role - Strong negotiation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Resourceful and reliable - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
