Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Remote Work


Job Description:


Woolworths Holdings is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, energetic, and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Provide support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and live chat. 3. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct research and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements. 6. Work closely with the sales team to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities. 7. Monitor customer success metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
