Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Sasfin Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team on a remote work basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with their inquiries or concerns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they have a positive experience with our services. - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and offer solutions to improve their overall satisfaction. - Utilize persuasion and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve any issues that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. - Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition to our services.

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively persuade and influence others. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working remotely and maintaining a high level of productivity without direct supervision. - Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. - Must be able to work part-time hours and adhere to a flexible schedule.
