Job Description:
Adcock Ingram, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position will be remote work, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. Your main duties will include managing customer relationships, resolving issues or concerns, and providing support and guidance to customers as needed. You will also be responsible for tracking customer feedback and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and energetic personality - People management and adaptability skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers as needed - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for customer retention and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
