Job Description:
Shoprite Holdings is seeking a motivated and independent Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry-level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities: 1. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and offer assistance as needed. 2. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions to customers. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. 5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience. 6. Assist with onboarding and training new customers on our products and services. 7. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Creativity in problem-solving and customer solutions. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent. - No prior experience required.
