Job Description:
Capitec Bank is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work setting. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to effectively use our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, identify potential issues, and offer solutions to improve their overall experience - Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements - Monitor customer usage data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value they receive from our products and services
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or technology industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in your ability to manage customer relationships and navigate challenging situations - Project management skills to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Negotiation skills to address customer concerns and find mutually beneficial resolutions - Dedicated and proactive attitude towards customer success and satisfaction
