Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Tiger Brands, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers through remote work in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing product support and training, and ensuring that customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through remote communication channels - Provide product support and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address and resolve customer issues - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for business development - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers
