Customer Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to our customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This position is at the Associate Level, and we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other teams within the company to resolve customer issues - Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Reliable and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management and leadership skills - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
