Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with account management, billing, and technical support issues - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a similar customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and creativity - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
