Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our remote team at Bidvest Group in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues promptly and effectively - Assist in training new team members on customer support best practices

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent required
