Job Description: Exxaro Resources is seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Manager to join our remote team based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor team performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 5. Excellent time management and negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and remotely.
