Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

At Distell Group, we are seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our remote team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing customer support operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Train and mentor team members on best practices for customer interactions and issue resolution. 3. Monitor customer support metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 8. Coordinate with the Product team to communicate customer feedback and suggest product enhancements.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to conduct research and analyze data to make informed decisions. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus.
