Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, innovative, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member. 6. Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers. 7. Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations at all times.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools 6. Strong research skills to effectively find solutions to customer inquiries 7. Innovative mindset to adapt to changing customer needs 8. Must be driven to excel in a fast-paced work environment
