Capitec Bank is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through online chat to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Research and stay updated on product and service information to best assist customers - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times in order to enhance the customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Highly motivated and proactive in addressing customer needs - Strong persuasion skills to guide customers towards optimal solutions - Ability to conduct thorough research to provide accurate information to customers
