Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

As a Live Chat Associate with Sasol, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer service through our online chat platform. This is a remote work position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, offering part-time hours with the potential for growth. We are seeking an adaptable and reliable individual with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing the Sasol brand - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Strong leadership skills to guide customers through the chat process - Proficiency in computer systems and online chat platforms - Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
