Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving abilities - Confidence in engaging with customers in a virtual setting - Familiarity with customer service software and basic computer skills - Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues - Soft skills in negotiation and decision-making are a plus
