Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Live Chat Associate to join our team at Capitec Bank. This is a remote work position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through live chat to address inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues. 2. Utilize strategic planning skills to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions. 3. Demonstrate persuasive communication skills to promote products and services to customers. 4. Leverage adaptability to respond to changing customer demands and inquiries promptly. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry during live chat interactions. 7. Uphold the company's commitment to quality by following established protocols and procedures in all customer interactions. 8. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Hardworking attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. 5. Proven adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent strategic planning skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. 7. Persuasive communication skills to promote products and services effectively. 8. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer relationship management tools. 9.
