Live Chat Associate - Remote Work

Sasfin Bank is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers through live chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and provide assistance to customers 3. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of customer concerns 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated personality traits 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and attention to detail 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
