Job Description:

Investec, a leading financial services provider, is looking for a motivated and independent Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA, with a flexible schedule for entry-level professionals looking to gain experience in the finance industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat platforms - Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments - Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: - A high school diploma or equivalent qualification - Strong communication skills and ability to manage conversations with customers - Motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies - Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus - Experience with live chat platforms is a bonus
