Remgro is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer for remote work based in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. The ideal candidate for this position should be a resilient and driven individual who possesses strong cooperation and time management skills. As an Associate Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customers' inquiries through live chat.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide customers with accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with account-related issues and troubleshoot technical problems - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations - Follow company guidelines and policies when interacting with customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
