Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Specialist at Liberty Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role is a remote position based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role who are resourceful, passionate, and have strong cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat support capacity - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
