Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Remgro, a leading company in Cape Town, Western Cape, is seeking a part-time Account Support Assistant to work from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide account support to clients, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and creating reports. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to support account management activities. 4. Monitor account activity and communicate any trends or concerns to the Account Manager. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations. 2. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues. 3. Adaptability to quickly switch between tasks and priorities as needed. 4. Previous experience in customer service or account support roles. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
