Job Description:
Tiger Brands is seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Assistant to work remotely from home in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by managing client inquiries and requests - Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently - Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow - Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Previous experience in account management or customer support is preferred - A high school diploma or equivalent is required
