Remote Account Support Associate

Truworths International is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. Responsibilities: - Providing support to customers regarding their accounts through various communication channels, such as email and phone - Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Conducting research to accurately answer customer inquiries and provide solutions - Managing time effectively to ensure prompt and efficient customer service - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall account support processes
