Job Description:
Netcare is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This part-time position is ideal for an entry-level individual who is independent, resilient, and passionate about providing exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely through emails, phone calls, and virtual meetings - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues they may encounter - Conduct analysis of clients' accounts to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient attitude and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using technology and software systems - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Analytical mindset and attention to detail - Must be located in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA - Must have access to reliable internet connection and computer equipment
