Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Account Manager in maintaining accurate records of sales transactions. 2. Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery. 3. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on providing excellent customer service. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans for account growth. 5. Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and trends in the industry. 6. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
