Job Description - Account Support Associate - Work from home

Aspen Pharmacare, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for individuals looking for a work-life balance.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the accounts team, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports. 2. Assist in managing client accounts by updating information, resolving issues, and communicating with customers. 3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 4. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and challenges. 5. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide timely updates and solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
