Job Description - Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Woolworths Holdings is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to our key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of account strategies. 3. Assist in creating and implementing account plans to drive growth and profitability. 4. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within accounts. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to build strong relationships and identify areas for expansion. 6. Work independently to manage daily tasks and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.


Requirements: 1. Must be driven and independent, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. 3. Previous experience in account management or support roles is required. 4. Strong communication and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
