Job Description:
MTN South Africa is seeking a dynamic Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. As an Associate Level role, candidates should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent support to assigned accounts, maintaining strong relationships with key clients. 2. Assist with account management tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 4. Analyze account performance data and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet individual and team goals. 6. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 7. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience in account management or customer service roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Driven and confident personality traits. 6. Excellent planning and analytical skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
