Account Support Associate - Work from home

Cell C is seeking a dedicated and confident Account Support Associate to work from home in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time Entry Level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients in managing their accounts, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with account management. 2. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have with their accounts. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Provide timely and accurate updates on account status to clients. 5. Utilize strong communication and people management skills to effectively interact with clients. 6. Stay current on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a similar role. 2. Confident and dedicated personality traits. 3. Excellent communication and people management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
