Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing accounts - Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for clients - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve - Prepare reports on account performance and present findings to senior management - Ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers - Provide training and support to junior account support staff

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving revenue growth - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate about building strong relationships with clients - Strategic planning skills with attention to detail
