Account Support Manager

Job Description:

As an Account Support Manager at Investec in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the following personality traits: adaptability and motivation, as well as the following soft skills: decision-making and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Managing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Providing support to clients with any account-related inquiries or issues - Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Analyzing client data and trends to make strategic recommendations for improving account performance - Keeping track of client communications and interactions in CRM systems - Conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
