Remote Account Support Manager

The Bidvest Group is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in account management.

As a Remote Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs - Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve sales targets - Providing product and service information to clients and addressing any inquiries or concerns - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyzing account performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement - Managing contract renewals and negotiating terms with clients - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
